CF Best Practice Solution
Clientfocus has been developing and providing successful best practice solutions on the basis of HP Service Center and Service Manager since 2004. The preconfigured CF.ITIL Express solution is based on the standard configuration of HP Service Manager, which was optimized to deliver seamless integration and functionality in practical operation.
Best Practice Project Approach
Clientfocus offers a best practice approach for compact projects that is readily adaptable to the software solution being implemented and to each customer’s unique situation.

The process, functions, infrastructure and project parameters are discussed and defined in specially prepared workshops right at the outset. The preconfigured solution is then engineered to include the customer’s typical support scenarios and additional relevant data. The responsible key players within the user organization then perform a compact practical test of the new solution. The insights and lessons learned are documented in an analysis tool and used in a GAP analysis. The result of this mutually agreed assessment is then incorporated in setting up the operational solution. This ensures that a broad out-of-box capability is maintained and that important operational adjustments and modifications are implemented prior to system start-up.
CF.ITIL Express ensures successful project delivery at minimum expense, with rapid results and no need for subsequent modifications.
