Needs and Solutions
Given the rapid rate of change and high degree of complexity associated with global business and the IT platforms that support it, there is a clear need for new solutions that allow an all-embracing management of the vast "IT machine."
If despite a high degree of complexity, your people are to work with as few errors as possible, then they not only need specific technical data at their fingertips, but also access to meaningful information about the operational environment and the potential impact of their actions. Clearly it would be negligent for someone to make changes to a server without first clarifying what consequences an error might have on the related business services.
HP's answer to these challenges comes in the form of its BTO software, |
Using strategic IT solutions acquired over recent years, HP is developing a comprehensive portfolio of BTO solution modules tied to standards such as ITIL v3 and Cobit.
Our role is to implement and fully integrate these solution modules within client enterprises at an affordable price, and in so doing support both our customers and our HP partner. The challenges lie less in the specific system functions of HP’s Asset Manager, Service Manager, uCMDB, Business Availability Center (BAC), Project and Portfolio Management Center (PPM), and other products, as they do in ensuring that the individual functions are used effectively and can interact across critical areas and the enterprise as a whole.
Thanks the years of experience in IT automation, and detailed knowledge of the architecture behind the products, interfaces and scanning solutions, we can ensure that projects like these are implemented quickly, reliably and economically.
