Rainer Pfohl

Chairman of the Management Board and Shareholder

Responsible for Corporate Strategy, Business Delelopment, Sales & Marketing and for Human Resources .

  

Rainer is a graduate mechanical engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) with morethan 25 years experience in the IT business, 10 of which he acquired as an IT manager and executive board member with a global services group. His focus as senior consultant is on service strategy, IT management and CRM. Rainer is co-founder of Qnet-Systems, High-Q Innovations and Clientfocus. He is the principal shareholder in Clientfocus.

 

      

   

Dr. Guido Lepkes

Managing Director and Shareholder

Responsible for Operations and for Business Administration

            

Guido holds degrees in mathematics (Dipl.-Math) and has more than 17 years of experience in the IT business, 10 of which he acquired in assignments as IT and project manager for international corporations in Europe and the United States. He also served two years as chief operating officer for an international ERP service provider. In his capacity as a project manager and senior consultant, he specializes in the fields of ERP, CRM and service management. Guido has been with Clientfocus since 2008.

                

  

      

                      

Christian Ruppel

Responsible for ITSM Solutions

 

Christian holds a degree in information technology and computer sciences (Dipl.-Informatiker) and has more than 10 years of professional experience in the ICT business. He initially worked with Telco solutions, but has been concentrating on service management solutions with Peregrine and HP Software since 2003.

He held assignments with Siemens and DP before joining Clientfocus in 2002. Christian worked as a solution consultant as part of HP Software's Professional Services team in 2007 and 2008. Christian has been respon-sible for managing the ITSM Solutions business unit at Clientfocus since 2009.

  

                

             

 

Silke Kunte

Responsible for Customer Service     

                              

Silke holds a degree in business administration and economics (Dipl.-Betriebswirtin) and has been working in the IT business for more than 10 years. She joined Clientfocus in 2004 as a project manager and technical adviser for IT asset management and software license management solutions. Prior to that she spent six years working as an Oracle ERP software consultant both on the Oracle staff and as an independent associate. Silke has been responsible for managing all the Customer Service business unit activities at Clientfocus since 2009.
